STEP 01. Contract

We are formalizing the contract with the client.

STEP 02. Cutting

Steel cutting and processing are performed off-site.

STEP 03. Sub assembly

The processed steel is stored in-house and then undergoes sub-assembly.

STEP 04. Assembly

The steel plates ard assembled to a block by welding.

STEP 05. Pre outfitting

The grand assembly is followed by the pre-outfitting process for various systems (piping, steel structures, machinery, and electricity).

STEP 06. Pre erection

Pre-Erection (P.E.) is carried out on blocks that have completed the assembly and pre-outfitting stages.

STEP 07. Pre erection outfitting

Internal outfitting is conducted for the blocks following the Pre-Erection (P.E.) stage.

STEP 08. Painting

The entire outer surface of the block undergoes painting.

STEP 09. Delivery

The blocks are loaded and delivered to the client.
